Why can't I access websites using URL entry on my Samsung S425G?
have tried to access web sites using URL entry. i see the web site description moving across the top of my screen, but site never loads. tried to log into GMAIL from the login screen, and it just sat there for 5 minutes with a blank screen, when i exited after 5 minutes it cost me 38 minutes for nothing. tried to go to google home page, and same thing. i cancelled, and was charged 16 minutes for no access. what is going on? i have 3-4 bars. this is a new phone.

"customer support" at Tracfone should be called "customer aggravation center". its not worth the time or effort. the only reason i have a tracfone is cause i dont really NEED the web access, and $7/month for voice calls is not a bad deal, but Hey, i should be able to use it in a pinch, since it is there. i downloaded (and read) the entire Samsung manual and went thru all the possible settings,
You should contact your carrier to report the issue. The problem could be on their end. Also, you should check your phone's settings. Customer service can help you with the set up as well.
