Why can't I send an email on the Motorola Moto G?

Have just changed from a Nokia phone to Motorola Moto G and cannot send emails - they go into the outbox but remain there. My incoming mail is on a normal POP3 and that is ok - but my outgoing business email is SMTP through BT internet. On the Nokia I had an "Access Point" option but this doesn't seem available on the Moto G. Does anybody know how I can send mails ??




My headset Moto E was creating voice problem and automatic switch on/off problem. At 5th June, I went to service centre located in B2X,Mall No.21 Jaipur they told me to handover headset for 15 days for repairing of Motherboard. I took my headset on 21st May (after 15days) but problem still not solved i again went on 23rd may and they again told me to submit phone for 15 days again for motherbord repairing.
But now its 10th June, being more than 1 month and they are not giving my headset back.
Whenever i call they always tells that parts are pending but i cant understand how much time its take to repairs that.Even though timeline was 15 days only.
Its being more than 1 month to be without phone and I hope you can understand my phone.
Why to commit if they cant provide services at given time.
As all knows customers satisfaction and good services are necessary for every company.
But I am totally dissatisfied with your services.
Hope you will understand and take action soon.

Which email app are you using? Also check if you have stable internet connection.
