Can Koodo Mobile provide a history of past text messages?
Important text were erased from my phone. Does Koodo keep a record of text messages received?

Unfortunately, for privacy reasons, wireless service providers cannot have access to any of the content exchanged in any of the text messages its customer base sends or receives. This is due to security and privacy policies that are set forth in the telecommunications industry.
