I've search everywhere and still didnt get an answer that does not confuse me.

I'm planing to but blackberry tour for a friend and he's under Telus with 1.5 years of agreement left. I wonder if i can buy blackberry tour from craigslist for him and have him register his phone with telus. Is it possible to register the phone with telus if the Tour has been unlocked or the Tour is from Bell???
