Should the LG GB-255G be activated first before it can be turned on?
Can I set it up before activating the phone? My phone won't turn on and I've charged the battery but not activated it yet?
I bought the phone for future use. Now I am almost ready to activate, but after I charged the battery, I can't even turn it on. Not activated on line yet - is that the problem?

You can turn on your phone even if you haven't activated it yet. You just won't be able to use your carrier's services until you do so. Battery might be damaged or there's something wrong with your phone. Go to the store you bought it from to have it checked.
