Can I have my Samsung Galaxy S6 *replaced* under warranty?

Since the Android 6 update in spring my phone became unusable (would keep turning off). Have taken it back to Samsung twice, who return my phone with Android 5 installed. The second time all I did with my phone was install the update and within 24 hours it was turning itself off again. If I go back a third time a want a replacement not a 'fix'.
