I have a Blackberry Z10 Factory unlocked device, which I bought in ebay,
Now while I want to connect to Blackberry App world, it shows a message to Upgrade the OS version,
Can I update the OS through WIFI..??

I'm asking this because, my friend bought BB Z10 device in Delhi showroom, and while he was updating the OS from 10 to 10.2, it suddenly switched of itself, and after taken it to the BB showroom, they said that only Showroom people can update it.
