Why can I only make Emergency Calls with my Public Mobile phone?
Activate my phone with Public Mobile but now when I try to call uma tells me that I can only make emergency calls?

Re-install your SIM card. That usually happens when your phone wasn't able to read your SIM card. A simple restart often fix the problem. If it still doesn't work after that, contact Public Mobile and ask them if they have activated your SIM card.
