Why can't the Samsung Galaxy Centura establish a secure connection when logging in to Facebook?

It keeps saying a secure connection couldn't be established whenever I try to access Facebook

What kind of connection are you using: Wi-Fi or your carriers data connection? Have you tried connecting thru a different network?
