How can you access the phonebook of a Pantech 8200 from a PC?

You should first synchronize your phone with your computer. If you don't have the software, you can buy it here:

Once you have installed the software, connect your phone to the computer using a USB data cable. You can now access your files from your Pantech 8200 on your computer.
