Bought one as a birthday gift - chose this model as it was recommended for my daughter's phone by her provider(that was charging $78 for the same thing) - works perfectly - easy to use, clear, keeps background noises to a minimum - on her phone it rates 5 stars! Good price, quick delivery, easy to get up & working immediately.

<br />Bought a second for husband's cell phone (forget make & model but it is a "tough" one, made to withstand drops, moisture, etc.)- sound comes across distorted at times, so I tried to do second pairing with my phone to check, but my phone wouldn't recognize the bluetooth device. I suspect we are just technically challenged, but as it is, the headset does not work as well on the other phone.
